My home is in Sarasota Florida, near I75, exit 207.
Local travel – travel within 30 miles of home is no additional cost.
The following are guidelines and negotiable:
Commuting from home is $2.00 per mile after the 1st 30 miles, and is charged one way only.
Auto travel beyond 60 miles will incur a travel fee and lodging.
Long distance auto travel will be determined on a case by case basis.
For travel requiring flights and rental car will be determined on a case by case basis.
I generally arrange for my travel, lodging and rental car. However I am willing to house sit, use a personal vehicle, etc.
I usually stay in a hotel or AirBNB. I make arrangements as soon as possible to find reasonably priced units. If desired the hospital client may make the arrangements but the following are my guidelines.
Lodging requirements for short stays include:
Ground floor or elevator access in a relatively safe neighborhood.
Furnished with private bathroom/bedroom, non smoking environment.
All utilities included including wifi and television.
Clean with heat and/or AC.
Mini fridge/microwave.
For longer term stays 2 weeks or longer a unit with a kitchen with appliances and items included to allow cooking. Ideally a full size refrigerator is included.
